WHERE IS EXETER'S WINTER WONDERLAND?

We are in the centre of the city of Exeter at Northenhay Gardens. Please use postcode EX4 3SA for Sat Nav/Google Map directions.

WHERE IS THE EVENT PARKING?

We ask our guests to use the City Car Parks that are a short walk away from our main entrance. Please do not park on any side street close by as parking measure will be in operation.

WHERE IS THE NEAREST CASH POINT?

There is no cash point/ATM on the event site, however there are many in the in city centre a short walk away.

WHAT ARE THE NEAREST PUBLIC TRANSPORT LINKS?

Exeter’s Winter Wonderland is easily accessible by public transport. We are 2 minutes walk from Exeter Central Train Station. Central Station bus stops 26 & 27 and New North Road bus stop 28 are close by.

HOW DO WE RECEIVE OUR TICKETS?

e-tickets are issued to the email that is provided at the time of booking. Please print off the e-ticket and present it to the staff at the Ice Rink or Grotto.

CAN WE BUY TICKETS ON THE DAY?

On the day bookings can be taken on site at our box office or purchased online if there is any availability.

HOW DO WE PAY FOR FUNFAIR RIDES?

Please buy tokens at our Box office on site near the Ice Rink. No money is taken on any of the fair rides on site. Each fun fair attraction will have a tariff on display which will be different.

HOW MUCH DO TOKENS COST?

Each token costs £1. Children’s rides start at £2 and other rides start at £3. Everyone who rides needs a token (even parents riding with children) and we try to keep the prices at a reasonable level to allow for this. Please remember, tokens can be on any day that the event is running – they are not exchangeable or refundable.

HOW LONG ARE THE SKATING SESSIONS?

Skating time slots last 1 hour. This includes 45 minutes of skating with 15 minutes to get your skates and get on and off the ice.

IS THERE A SPECTATOR FEE?

There is no spectator fee for the event. Winter Wonderland is free entry.

CAN I WEAR MY OWN SKATES?

Yes, you may bring and wear your own hockey skates or figure skates. This does not affect the Skating Ticket fee.

WHAT SKATE SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?

Our skates go from infant size 4 (double bladed skate) up to an adult size 14.

CAN WE HIRE THE PENGUINS/SKATE AIDS?

The skating aids are for children aged 8 and under and cannot be reserved in advance. However, there will be plenty available on the day bookable from the box office on a first come first served basis for £4.00 each.

CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY BOOKING?

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with refunds for booked timeslots. If you are no longer able to attend your booked timeslot, our staff will do their best to find a convenient alternative slot for you.
