Santa's Grotto
Step into the heart of Christmas magic with a visit to Santa’s enchanting Grotto. Santa and his cheerful elves are waiting to welcome children and families for an unforgettable festive experience.
A Magical Moment for Every Child
Each child will enjoy a personal meeting with Santa, share their Christmas wishes, and receive a special festive gift to take home. The grotto is beautifully decorated, brimming with twinkling lights, festive cheer, and plenty of photo opportunities.
Post Your Letter to Santa
Santa’s little helpers will be on hand to guide families through the grotto. Bring your letter to Santa to post in his special post box and make sure you stay on the Good List! Weekends are busier so allow plenty of time to visit the Elf Workshop and meet Santa.
